Is a trip request a booking?
No. It's a free enquiry. The agent confirms availability and the final price, then you pay the agent directly.
Where are my tickets and vouchers?
Open My trips → your trip. Everything the agent shares appears under Tickets & documents.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel a request before it's confirmed from the trip page. For confirmed trips, chat with the agent or open a ticket.
Who can write reviews?
Only travellers who booked through Travexpedia, after the trip — so reviews are real.
